They prioritize compliance, legal safety, and documentation, which are essential, but they do not guarantee that AI works for the people who rely on it. This session reframes responsible AI through the eyes of the people who feel the impact. It introduces AI TrustOps as a full lifecycle discipline that embeds trust where it matters most: at the point of human experience. Instead of treating oversight, transparency, and user understanding as afterthoughts, TrustOps integrates them directly into design, development, deployment, monitoring, and evolution.
