Topic

Operationalizing AI

Abstract

Generative AI has rapidly moved from hype to hands-on experimentation, with enterprises racing to harness its potential for innovation, automation, and insight generation. Yet, scaling these technologies into production remains a formidable challenge. Only a fraction of organizations that pilot generative AI successfully transition to operational deployment, constrained by cultural resistance, governance gaps, and unclear value alignment. This session explores how leading companies are translating generative AI’s promise into practical business outcomes. Drawing from real-world implementations in retail, such as fraud detection, key principles for success will be highlighted.
