In this presentation, I will walk through my professional experience designing and developing enterprise-level data integration workflows using IBM DataStage. I will highlight how I have supported healthcare organizations by creating high-performance ETL pipelines, modernizing data warehouses, optimizing nightly batch processes, and enabling analytical reporting through Tableau. The session will cover key tools, technologies, and methodologies I have used, including Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, AutoSys, and Information Analyzer. I am an IT professional with over three years of experience in enterprise system design and development, and more than seven years of expertise in ETL and data warehousing using IBM DataStage. I have worked across healthcare, financial, and ERP domains, delivering scalable data integration solutions and business insights. I am skilled in ETL development, data modeling, reporting, automation, and cross-platform database environments. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from JNTU, India. I currently reside in Naperville, Illinois.
