My name is Karthik Allam & I am a seasoned IT professional with over 12 years of experience Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in several areas, including Linux, Big Data Administration, Cloud Migrations (AWS), Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center Migrations & datacenter exit Activities. I have extensive experience in Physical to Virtual and Virtual to Virtual Server Migrations, & I am proficient in Spark, Hive, HDFS, and Cluster Tuning of Hortonworks and Cloudera Distribution Clusters. I have also worked on Kubernetes administration, data replication from Production to Disaster Recovery sites produsts such as Falcon and DataPlane and DataLifecycle Management (DLM), and also as a certified AWS Solutions Architect I Successfully built AWS Data Lake - Lakehouse building, providing solutions for application teams. At JP Morgan Chase, I have been a key contributor to the success of several projects. I have led cloud migration projects, where I helped the organization migrate their infrastructure to AWS. I have also led data center migration projects and merged multiple data centers into one, resulting in significant cost savings for the organization. Additionally, I have been instrumental in building and managing the AWS Data Lake for the organization, enabling various application teams to access and process data seamlessly.
