Abstract

At Steth IO, we have created and commercialized the first FDA-cleared, AI-enabled remote cardiopulmonary care platform. With our patented smartphone-based device and deep learning analysis algorithms, we are targeting a multi-billion dollar market for chronic care of heart failure, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Vikram Chalana is an engineer and an entrepreneur. Having built a successful enterprise software data management company, Winshuttle, from 0 to 300 employees; he is now on his second startup, Steth IO. Before Winshuttle, he worked at software and medical device companies in the Seattle area. He holds a PhD in Bionengineering from University of Washington in Seattle and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
