Ongoing engagement is key to behavior change solutions’ success.  Programs must keep members interest over weeks and months to engender real success with healthy behavior change.  The presentation will cover models of predicting ongoing program engagement and present a case study of a Medicare population’s engagement with a lifestyle change program.
