Global Big Data Conference is offering multiple days extensive bootcamp on NoSQL and SQL. This is a fast paced, vendor agnostic, advanced technical topics of the NoSQL and SQL landscape.  Prior knowledge of  NoSQL( Mongodb, Cassandra and MySQL) is assumed. Attendees will gain hands on experience. Global NoSQL and SQL Virtual Bootcamp is targeted towards  technical people who want to understand the advanced topics of NoSQL and SQL with a specific focus in the following space:

  • backup, recovery, replication, failover; best things we should for each database
  • Automate, deploy CA CID pipleine Infrastructure as a code ( Using liquibase)
  • Observability and debugability,  SLA, SLO, SLI
  • self healing methods : how to recover if anything goes wrong, automatic recovery

Lab Requirements

Each student should bring their own 64bit laptop ( Windows 7/8/10 and Mac, Virtualization Enabled, Minimum 8GB Ram and Free 25GB-50GB hard disk ) with administrative privileges and wireless connectivity. If you have AMD laptop, it should be AMD-V enabled. If you have Intel laptop or Mac, it should support Intel-VTx. An extra USB drive of 16gb minimum will be handy if you want to use your personal USB drive for all files and images.
