Dr. Sridhar Kasichainula is a pioneer in the field of thin-film thermoelectrics. Since the discovery of Seebeck effect in 1821, traditional thermoelectrics suffered from being bulky, rigid and expensive thus limiting their usage. Nimbus Materials is on a mission to bring thermoelectrics everywhere opening its pathway to Wearable and IoT market.

Dr. Sridhar Kasichainula is a pioneer in the field of thin-film flexible thermoelectrics. Versatile leader and technologist with track record of success in diverse functional areas with more than seventeen years in the industry. He graduated with highest honors with PhD from University of Arizona, Masters from Indian Institute of Sciences and Bachelors from National Institute of Technology all in Materials Science. He also served as an adjunct faculty at San Jose State University.

He has two US patents awarded and dozen more pending applications. He has published more than 15 journal and conference articles and also invited guest lecturer in many forums.
