Topic

Towards Building an Intelligent Integration Platform as a Service

Abstract

An iPaaS is a specialized PaaS that focuses on creating API compositions that connect multiple end-points together. Such API compositions can create useful integrations or new APIs by integrating already available Service (SaaS) applications (such as Google Apps, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Slack). iPaaS significantly reduces the application development time as it hides the lower-level complexities (security, reliable communication, observability, deployment) associated with application development. AI can play a major role in iPaaS when it comes to improving the overall user experience of an integration developer. In this session, I will talk about how we can use AI/ML to improve the user experience in iPaaS along 4 main directions, namely, application development, testing, deployment optimization, and observability.
