Rise of Artificial Intelligence and Travel Industry disruption

Like many industries, travel industry is also taking advantages of Artificial Intelligence. Virtual Assistants and chatbots are helping travelers and booking agents in multiple ways. Booking of flights and hotels, finding best deals, answering baggage allowance and many other questions are being answered by chatbots nowadays. Artificial Intelligence is providing personalized experience for the travelers. In this talk, Sanjib plans to go over some of the technologies that are being used to implement these AI technologies.
