Traditional decision making in pharma is mostly based on market data and competition data: Limited blockbusters, payer pressures and access challenges, physicians burden and limited access to the sales field, increasing efficacy and safety requirements, increasing drug development cost, and the commercial team more than ever plays a critical role to make strategic and tactical decisions to succeed.

Profile

Erick Diaz is a commercial expert on analytics on sales and marketing science, having experience in the consulting and corporate side of the business, and he has work multiple pharmaceutical and biotechs clients on strategy and tactics. Mr. Diaz received his Master Degree in Operation Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to joining Greer Labs, he worked for Biogen, and before on the consulting side of the pharmaceutical industry at ZS Associates. Before working on the pharmaceutical industry, he lived in his native Peru, where he was an adjuct professor of Operations Research at the National University of Engineering, and had a growing career trajectory starting as a information management Consultant for the Energy and Mining industries.
