Natural Language Processing Hands on Workshop

Abstract

We'll cover the basics of natural language processing such as tokenization and normalization. Then you'll learn how to discover and identify topics in a collection of documents using topic modeling. Finally, you'll learn about neural networks and how we can use them to predict the sentiment of text examples.

Profile

Mat is the product lead for Udacity's School of AI. He's been teaching machine learning, deep learning, and data science topics at Udacity for the last three years. Before that, he was a neuroscience researcher at UC Berkeley where he received his PhD in Physics in 2014.
