AI Applications in Telecommunications

There are an abundant number of applications of AI in all areas of the telecommunications business. These include marketing and delighting customers using virtual reality, Intelligent Selling, Determining next best action, Predictive Service Assurance, Service Delivery Automation, Ideal Customer Experience, to name a few. This talk will address many of these topics and an AI Framework Architecture that will enable these applications.
