Over the last couple of years, Liberty Mutual has built and implemented an award-winning digital assistant that helps manage information and simplify the work day for employees by using AI to intelligently surface contextual notifications, alerts, personalized recommendations and automate task for employees from multiple disparate systems (HR, Request Management, Procurement, Security Requests, Asset Management, Expense Management, etc.) all from a single, modern, intuitive interface. Brett Caldon is the Senior Director of Liberty Mutual Insurance’s Software Innovation group. He is responsible for leading an IT team concentrating on the delivery of software solutions focused on strengthening workplace productivity and the employee experience. Brett has over 20 years’ of experience in software architecture design and strategy and has led an array of IT projects within Liberty Mutual.
