Radha Krishna Kuchibhotla Radha is a Senior Information Technology Executive with demonstrated leadership in building and leading high-performance global teams (APAC, Americas & EMEA) in Financial, Healthcare, and Insurance Industries delivering global complex business initiatives through Infrastructure agility, Operational Efficiency, and Business Model Innovation. He is a trusted advisor to clients on the convergence of talent and technology across all facets of the enterprise. Radha also has extensive Operational, Managed and Hosted Infrastructure Services, business process outsourcing, process, and enterprise shared services experience. Radha built and managed Global Data Centers and Vendor co-locations, and managed enterprise infrastructure consisting of Mainframes, Middleware, Web layer, Networks (Voice, Data, Video and Firewalls), HVAC, Systems, Power Supplies, Generators, Physical Security, Call Centers and Service Desk, Corporate Systems (Desktops/Laptops, Mobile Devices, VDI, Citrix, Remote Access, Exchange, SharePoint, Wiki & CRM, IM), Storage, Database, DW and BI support, Security, Enterprise Architecture and “Follow-the-sun” Enterprise Global Production IT Operations. Radha defined DevOps & Global IT production operations and service management strategy for a major financial behemoth; Delivered and supported integrated high volume and concurrency mission-critical web, mobile global eCommerce applications spanning multiple business channels on a unified platform. Radha implemented new Enterprise 3rd platform technologies (Cloud in a SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Stack, Mobile, Analytics and Social Media) and Hadoop (HDFS Architecture), and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) enabling business agility resulting in new opportunities for rapid customer, revenue and earnings growth while containing operational cost (TCO) and risk. Developed and executed Global Sourcing, Vendor Management & Location Strategy, Global Service, Infrastructure Support Model and set up large offshore centers of excellence which resulted in a quicker delivery, access to the large talent pool, employee satisfaction & progression and significant cost savings through automation and orchestration. Radha also developed and executed multi-year business/product strategy and transformation plans in close partnership with Business and IT, and in translating business models and forecasts into specific IT growth strategies and execution plans in lock step with business objectives, timeline and market conditions. Radha efforts have resulted in the succession, selection, and recruitment of functional IT practitioners as well as those leaders who reside at the intersection of business and technology. Radha holds MBA in Strategy and Finance (GPA 3.9) from Northeastern University, Boston & MS from University of Mumbai, India.
