Customer 360 including customer lifetime value and customer churn


Understanding the customer is very important at BikeBandit and a major initiative is to develop a 360-degree view of the customer. Rich will be presenting how BikeBandit is using Predictive Analytics to provide insights into the customer around customer lifetime value and customer churn. The presentation will include the predictive models used to predict the major drivers of customer churn and customer lifetime value.


Rich Fox is the Chief Analytics Officer of, the largest power sports retailer on the internet, and has 20 years of BI and analytics experience. He also teaches Analytics at San Diego State University and is currently getting a Certificate in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern. He has held several senior executive analytics positions as well as a CFO of several companies. In 2011, he co-developed the IBM Business Analytics Experience which is a business simulation game. Rich is a CPA and also spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
