Pulkita Dua is a Senior Product Manager on Microsoft's All-in-one Digital Contact Center team. Pulkita started as an engineer before beginning her current role as Product Manager. She earned her B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and served as the Student Body Vice President. Pulkita was on the President's Advisory Board following graduation and has been a member of the Alumni Association Board. Pulkita has taught computer science to high school students through Technology Education and Learning Support (TEALS), a program designed to help bridge the gap in computer science education. She also enjoys playing soccer and adventure sports.
