Jay Nanduri leads Microsoft’s product group responsible for fraud protection, commerce payment protection, loss prevention, customer account protection, financial services solutions, supply chain consortium and intelligent demand planning. Prior to this role, Nanduri built cloud-based machine learning graph platforms that power anti-fraud infrastructure for the purchase and usage of Microsoft products, Microsoft’s loyalty program, store recommendations, e-commerce experience optimization, and campaign systems that increase engagement and monetization for Windows, Xbox, Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and MSN. Nanduri has also worked extensively on Bing including leadership roles in Bing Mobile and Bing Maps. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2000, Nanduri worked in a variety of engineering roles for companies such as Ramco Systems. Nanduri earned a master’s degree in computer science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School. Nanduri is also a Franz Edelman Laureate for achievement in analytics, operations research and management science.
