Elvira has extensive experience handling complex civil litigation matters concerning antitrust, unfair competition, securities regulations and internal investigations. Specifically, Elvira has handled matters arising under the federal Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and numerous state consumer protection acts.
