Profile

Joy Dorairaj is a seasoned product leader with over 16 + years of industry experience, having spent the last decade in a variety of product management roles in the area of security (OpenStack cloud security, Analytics and Big Data Security, Cloud endpoint protection, Wireless SaaS, Security-as-a-service, Compliance products etc.). She is currently a Principal Product Manager at Dell EMC, responsible for security of unstructured data. Prior to that, her role as the Principal Product Manager at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise was to drive the OpenStack cloud security & compliance product strategy & roadmap, prioritize requirements and work with her engineering team to ensure that HPE delivers a secure private cloud IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-service) stack to enterprises. Her passion is to solve customer problems in the area of security and privacy, by bringing new technologies and innovations to market. She has presented technical papers, participated in panel discussions promoting thought leadership on cloud security.
