At PayPal, we are working on a comprehensive Customer Care solution to proactively solve customer issues. We are leveraging Deep learning techniques in the area of Natural Language processing to utilize both structured and unstructured data. In this talk I will present our work on ChatBots, Email routing and auto response solutions to mitigate overall customer contact rates.


Rajesh Munavalli is a Distinguished Data Scientist at PayPal where he is focusing on advanced machine learning techniques to address customer pain-points. He has over 12+ years of experience in designing artificial intelligent systems dealing with unstructured data. Rajesh has a MS in Computer Science with specialization in Natural Language Processing and has worked on various problems in the areas of Fraud detection and Risk management systems in e-commerce domain.
