Role of Open Industry Standards in Delivering AI in Enterprise Environments

It is not enough for enterprises to engage data science teams to design, develop, train and test a high volume of AI, machine learning and predictive analytic models. For data science teams to deliver on their business promise they must be able to deploy these models into mission critical IT environments without being a burden to an already under-resourced and overburdened IT organization. Open standards provide a path to enabling agile and rapid deployment of models by data science teams with minimal work by IT. This also frees up data scientists to develop more models, more quickly delivering an ever increasing ROI to their organization.
