Blockchain , ML, and food systems

Our future depends on two uncertainties: how connected and resilient markets and supply chains will be and the demand of resource-intensive production versus resource-efficient production. I believe that food system dynamics are the building blocks of economic and social justice. Depending on the choices we make today, we can either continue on our current trajectory, perpetuating the already existing inequality and exclusivity that many of us experience today, or we can build a sustainable and inclusive food system that will serve as an insurance policy for our species.
