Building Diverse Data Science Teams

Recently there has been a focus on diversity in tech and building diverse teams. Diversity can be described by race, gender, income and dozens of other dimensions. In this talk I will walk through why diveristy is a boon for data science teams, what the data look like on diversity, how to build a diverse team and what you can expect when you work with your team to solve hard problems.
