Klipsch Announces True Wireless Earphones With Artificial Intelligence Posted on : Aug 02 - 2021
Klipsch, the great American speaker maker, has been helping audio enthusiasts to annoy their neighbors since 1949. The brand has an iconic status in the USA and has been at the forefront of so much pioneering audio technology thanks to founder Paul W Klipsch.
The company is celebrating its 75th anniversary and, as part of the celebrations, it has announced two new pairs of true wireless earphones with active noise cancellation (ANC) technology and artificial intelligence. Klipsch claims both models have been designed to provide ultimate comfort and performance.
The new Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC earphones will be the first earphones to feature a frictionless experience powered by a built-in operating system powered by Bragi embedded AI. Dual-mic hybrid noise cancellation system uses one microphone aimed at outside sounds and another positioned in front of the driver, monitoring for internal sounds to provide maximum noise reduction.
The built-in Bragi operating system uses embedded artificial intelligence to enable hands-free and advanced gesture-control. With Bragi Moves, someone wearing the earphones can take phone calls simply by nodding their head. This innovative operating system will enable plenty of new functionality over the life of the product.
Also included in the new earphones is Integrated Dirac HD Sound. This technology has been built into the Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC earphones to optimize the earphones’ sound performance digitally which Klipsch claims offers “a clearer, richer and more balanced sound”.
The new earphones can be charged wirelessly using a Qi-compatible charging mat or via the USB-C cable that’s supplied with the earphones. The earphone battery offers a playing time of up to 7 hours (5 hours with ANC), while there’s up to 21 hours of playtime using the backup power in the charging case. View More
