Profile

I am a recent alum of Draper University's Hero Training (Fall 2018), entrepreneurship program. I have seven years of experience in the field of psychology/neuroscience. I have fulfilled the role of a research assistant and research coordinator in both volunteering and professional capacities. I have experience with managing large-scale clinical studies, and have worked with both children and the geriatric population within an emergency setting. I am trained to administer neuropsychological tests to both populations. During my master's tenure, I explored neurodegenerative and vascular etiologies of dementia using neuroimaging and neuropsychological correlates. My expertise also includes acute-stroke imaging and assessment of clinical/psychological outcomes in endovascular therapy/neuroprotectant trials. I am an active volunteer and mentor within the community and the recipient of the Calgary Immigrants of Distinction award. I am passionate about women in STEM careers and seek to educate and learn from female entrepreneurs. Currently, I am the CTO of an AI startup within the autonomous technology sector.
