Profile

Currently building the ML-powered technology platform to drive Uber's growth across all products and regions. The opportunity to work on data, analytics and marketing adtech at Uber scale was one I couldn’t pass up. Previously, as Founder of BrightFunnel, I developed an ML-powered Analytics & Attribution platform for marketers and advertisers. After scaling to 40 employees and $5M ARR, BrightFunnel was acquired by Terminus Software in Dec '17. As its founding product leader for 4+ years, I led our efforts to deliver an innovative product, achieve product-market fit and raise $11M in funding. Customer include global marketing organizations at Verizon, SAP, Acxiom, Cloudera, Medtronic, HPE, Ellie Mae, Docker, Hortonworks and Equinix. I was inspired to found BrightFunnel as a result of my experience as VP Marketing at PowerReviews, a reviews and UGC platform for e-commerce marketers, which I helped grow from $6M to $15M in ARR. I had significant impact on our product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market efforts, as well as our Facebook partnership. PowerReviews serves brands such as Room & Board and the Gap. Acquired in 2012 for $168M (NASDAQ: BV). I was previously at Salesforce as Director of Product Management / Marketing during 3 of its highest growth years, during which time it crossed $1B in ARR and grew from 1500 to 6000+ employees. I helped drive some memorable new initiatives, such as the creation and launch of Salesforce's first ever developer & admin certifications and new online training subscriptions. Prior to Salesforce, I was the head of product for McAfee's SaaS business, which we grew from $0 to $30M in ARR, and #1 in customer satisfaction across McAfee's offerings. I started my career at Bain & spent a year in startup sales before joining McAfee. I am a Fellow of the United States-Japan Foundation's Leadership program.
